Who is responsible for your data

What information we collect
When you book a session or package, or contact us, we may collect: your name, email and phone number; booking details (service, date, time); payment confirmation details (payment itself is handled by our provider, e.g. Vipps — we don't store your card or Vipps details ourselves); and anything you share with us directly, e.g. in messages. If a booking is for a child, we collect the parent/guardian's contact details as the responsible party.
Why we collect it
To confirm and manage your booking; to communicate with you about your session (reminders, changes, cancellations); to process payment; to meet legal obligations such as Norwegian bookkeeping rules; and to improve our services.
Our legal basis
Processing is necessary to fulfil our agreement with you, to meet legal record-keeping obligations, and, where relevant, because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us operate — our website platform (Wix) and payment provider (Vipps). We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Booking information is kept as long as needed to deliver the service and handle follow-up questions. Information needed for accounting is kept for 5 years, as required by Norwegian law (bokføringsloven). Everything else is deleted once it's no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, or request it in a portable format. Contact jordan_ns@hotmail.com. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.no).
